When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 6 days once your payment is completed.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Returns
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

Warranty Maintenance
We offer the 1 month free replacement. Buyers may request for a replacement within 15 days from your receipt of the product. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.
We also provide 12 month free maintenance. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

How long before my order arrives?
The "Cutting Board with Knife Sharpener" ships from our North Carolina facility and usually arrives within 7 business days.

When ordering other products, your package may take 15-25 business days to arrive. We have a variety of fulfillment centers worldwide and shipping times do vary.

While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS errors or other factors beyond our control.

All shipments will be assigned a tracking ID which can be used to track your order.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We only ship within the United States, and unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.

When will my order ship?
Most of our orders ship the next business day. Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.

Returns
All you have to do is ask within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. If for any reason your item(s) does not arrive or arrives in a condition not as we promised, you will get a full refund no questions asked. All item(s) are 100% money back guaranteed (less postage and handling).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Prior to returning, please email us at support@wellnesslabs.com with with your receipt or proof of purchase. We will give you a RMA Number to help us track your product through the return process.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time for the credit to show on your card varies, but is typically within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
